Men of heart ... "Amanda"
It's a warm December morning, missing a few days before Christmas, the children are in Kindergarten and my wife went out to buy the last gifts to put under the tree. A house is unusually quiet. It's snowing outside and my thoughts are lost in the horizon and looking at those white fluffy flakes falling on the roofs of nearby houses. It makes me think of winter, now far away, in the year 1993. I came in Rovereto from La Spezia to take up in the historic Tobacco Factory. The first day of my work was December 23 and that day when I woke up, Rovereto was a town all white. The image then was similar to today. But today the sight of those tender flakes fall gives me a feeling of extraordinary peace, feeling that I had when I arrived in Rovereto absolutely for the first time, maybe because I was young, still inexperienced and uncertain about what life would have it preserved. At the age of 22 years was not easy to leave family, friends and all the places dear to me to move to a city that I knew absolutely nothing.
Luckily I am not a person lose heart, and by attending the University of Trento in the parish, shook the first friendships. And so a friend invited me to a carnival party in the Parish of St. Catherine February 15th (I still remember the date ...). I accepted immediately. Over the weekend
before the party I went to visit my parents in La Spezia and I was able to find a dress to wear to the carnival that night. I found a camouflage suit that had belonged to my uncle, I tried and I must say, that seemed made for me.
The night of the party got quite accurate: I do not remember exactly how many people were not even remember their faces. At one point, I think they were about nine o'clock, the door of the room where I was invited along with the other, come three girls sit down, talk, laugh and dance. Meanwhile I continued to talk and dance. But then, towards the end of the evening, the music changes and formed the first couple: I decided to invite to dance just one of the three girls who had come last. As you enter I had hit the girl with brown hair: she was not in form, was wearing jeans and a sweater with colored stripes. In that moment I realized what I had fascinated her: the first impression I had was a simple girl, sincere, honest, short, the classic good girl. I asked: "What's your name?" She said: "Amanda." What other name could never be more beautiful that girl? What other name could resemble the look of innocence? That name shook my head in the months ahead and when we met for the first time was printed in my memory like a photograph.
After that night, for a certain period of time we have not met. Was looking for among the people, trying to savor the essence of the first meeting between the sites return more than once, making long walks, dreaming of it at his side, kissing her and tell her to keep phrases of love, but she was not there.
finally met her, an unexpected encounter along the road leading to the train station. She was returning from the University with his brother, and I was going. We looked for a moment, but in our eyes lit up a different light. It was a quick encounter, fleeting but deeply intense. Soon I decided that the following Saturday and Sunday I would not be returned to La Spezia, but I would go to Mass in St. Catherine, the place where a few months before I met Amanda in the hope of finding them to speak again. She was right there, he was singing in the choir, and it seemed even more beautiful than usual. Quitting Church, in front the last rays of sun lit up her face making it glow with an extraordinary light. As soon as I saw, almost blushing, greeted me shyly, I approached and talked a bit '. We decided to organize an output with other friends the following week. The days pass and finally comes the date established. When I see her, she is beaming with joy and my gaze is lost in the dazzling light of her eyes, that leaves me almost breathless. Suddenly our hands touch, touching, shaking one another, and she laid her head on my shoulder and I stroked her gently, whispers with a thin thread of voice that has never had a boyfriend and that I am the first man who embraced his father as well. It was Sunday, May 8, 1994.

Activity data neonatology in Rovereto.
In 2007 we had the disease in neonatal wards 175 OU of Pediatrics - in 2008 to 19.11. '08 179 newborn patients. Babies come from the nest of pathological Rovereto, the nest of Arc and the one hand there are transferred from the Department of Neonatology of Trento and S. Camillo di Trento. Our work is in fact set in neonatology network and this is leading to a fuller use of our facility which is a Level 2 neonatal disease and the structure of Trento Centre is given the task of provincial critical care makes it possible neonatale.Questo We transfer the babies no longer need intensive care but still require hospitalization with a more rational use of facilities and resources. Be noted that the establishment of the Center for Assisted reproduction of Arc led as expected to an increase in twin births and therefore a greater commitment of facilities for neonatal prematurity and low birth weight infants for gestational age, but despite this warning, there has been reported and there was no statistically significant increase of prematurity in our population than expected. Ingredients for the crust of almonds and cocoa-scented orange:
- 300 g flour 00
- 100 g of rice flour
- 50 g unsweetened cocoa
- 100 g almonds
- 75 g of white sugar
- 75 g of sugar cane
- 200 g of butter 2 eggs
-
- a sachet of baking powder
- grated rind of one orange
for the orange-scented custard:
- 700 g of whole milk (if you prefer light that used semi-skimmed)
- 4 heaping tablespoons of flour
- 150 g sugar
- 1 whole egg + 3 egg yolks
- the grated rind of 2 oranges
to decorate:
- 4-5 "red apples Cuneo"
- drops Chocolate
- sliced \u200b\u200balmonds
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Procedure:
for cream:
- In a large pot pour flour and sugar and mix the two ingredients for a long time to avoid lumps.
- Add the egg and mix until completely merged the mixture of sugar and flour, then add 3 egg yolks one at a time, stirring constantly.
- When the mixture is well blended, add the milk cold (or room temperature) while mixing thoroughly and then add the grated zest of two oranges.
- Now put the pots on the stove and, continuing stirring constantly, cook the cream over moderate heat, bring to boil. When the first bubbles begin to appear, turn off the heat and let cool.
- To avoid formation of the "skin" during cooling, sprinkle the surface with a little 'sugar.
for the pastry:
- chop the almonds and grind into a grain, after being deprived of their skins and blanched and dried in a hot oven for about ten minutes.
- On a pastry place the flour (I used white flour and rice) in a fountain, add the sugar (both white to brown), butter pezzattini to the two whole eggs, the grated rind of an orange, the almonds, baking powder and cocoa cake.
- Mix all ingredients quickly until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Grease and flour a baking dish, spread the inside dough.
- Fill the pastry with the cream and level it with a spoon.
- Cut the apples into thin slices and put them in a radial pattern.
- Distributed on the surface of two tablespoons of brown sugar, chocolate chips and sliced \u200b\u200balmonds in the desired quantities.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes at 150 degrees.
Although it was a cake created "on the spot" without following a precise recipe, but favoring the imagination, the result has been appreciated by all those who enjoyed. The church of Santa Croce was built recently. It derives its name from the church that in principle was part of the monastery that stood on the so-called "Pra of Monego", which was destroyed during the First World War. The dedication then passed round the Mausoleum built in the nearby cemetery, but also the mausoleum was destroyed because it was decided to build anew the church of the Cross. The new chapel began in 1961, was consecrated September 29, 1963.

Paradoxically, these people, citizens of Rovereto, in the situation of having to average earnings from employment and are excluded from essential services that belong to all citizens, such as the right to entrust their children in Kindergarten Nest.
Hereby, in addition to addressing the public aware of this problem, I turn to the institution which by their nature should protect equally all social classes, not excluding, paradoxically, the middle class. Therefore, the undersigned

He spent half an hour, remove the kisses from the freezer to dip into extra-dark chocolate previously melted in a double boiler or in microwave. 
The recipe for these delicious chocolate, to say the least known, has been given by his aunt of my mother, my dear Aunt Mary, an excellent cook and pastry from the creative scrupulous accuracy.
His cuisine is famous in our family and beyond, there is no person who has never bitten her appetizing rustic, his buns, onion trousers and what about the pies and cakes Apulian tradition, such as barchiglie and paste real.
The first time I tasted these chocolates is their home. I still remember the thought which took shape in my mind when I see it coming with the tray load. I thought it was not possible to recreate such a delight with such precision to show to my eyes the image of perfection.
And if so have given rise to the only eye contact, you can imagine the flap created on my taste buds ... something indefinable and indescribable! Try it!
Perugina Baci chocolate-type-
Ingredients:
- 500 g of hazelnuts "the kind of piedmont"
- 150 g cocoa powder 750 g Nutella
- extra-dark chocolate (enough to cover)
Procedure:
- Toast all the nuts. Chop 400 g and 100 g whole leave the rest as it will serve to form the "hat" of the kiss.
- In a large bowl put the chopped hazelnuts, add the chocolate, the cocoa and begin to stir the mixture until it will be soft and smooth.
- With this mixture do a lot of balls, more or less the size of real kisses, and place on each of them a whole hazelnut. Put them in the freezer for about half an hour.
He spent half an hour, remove the kisses from the freezer to dip into extra-dark chocolate previously melted in a double boiler or in microwave.
- Let solidify everything for a couple of hours and the kisses are ready to be devoured!
After each wrapped chocolates in two tissue papers, one silver and one blue, and garnished with a little note with an aphorism about love or about friendship, my mom had the idea to use them as place-marks over lunch to celebrate the silver wedding anniversary with my dad.
