But now, no more talk and go back to the recipes, because in this period of hiatus from the blog I have not overlooked the kitchen, in fact I have accumulated in my personal archive culinary notes and images.
To start I suggest two different types of cakes that I experienced not long ago: a pastry made of rice flour and stuffed with peach jam and the other obtained by mixing a mixture of pastry flour, multigrain and a ' other rice, enriched with blueberry jam.

- 200 g of rice flour
- 200 g flour 00
- 120 g of sugar
- 150 g butter 1 egg

Tart with multigrain flour and rice and cranberry jam
Ingredients:
- 200 g multigrain flour (obtained from the mixture of over 20 products: wheat flour, buckwheat, wheat, barley, corn, oats, millet, kamut, barley, soybeans, rye. flakes of wheat, barley and oats. Sesame seeds, flax, sunflower).
- 100 g of rice flour
- 100 g flour 00
- 120 g of sugar
- 150 g butter 1 egg

- milk as needed for kneading
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients quickly on a board, until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Grease and flour a baking dish, spread the dough inside.
- Fill with jam. I've used for the first jam and peaches for the second to blueberries, both homemade by my mom.
- Obtain the strips with cutters or molds to decorate the tart.
- Bake at 150 degrees for about 40 minutes, the color of the cooked pastry should be lightly browned.
