Healing Process Of Bikini Waxing

The merit of this post all is my friend "erasmina" Cristina Barcelona, \u200b\u200bwhich introduced me to this delicious recipe, a typical specialty of Catalunya! It looks very much like our pizza, but in fact the ingredients are slightly different than our national delicacy should not allow to rise!
So for the greedy who have always in a hurry is the right choice!
Here are the ingredients:
  • 500 g of flour
  • 200 ml sparkling water
  • 100 ml of extra virgin olive
  • 50 ml of white wine
  • salt to taste

Procedure:

In a large bowl, add all ingredients together and knead until dough is smooth. Now comes the fun part which is to abuse the dough ... :-) And yes, according to tradition should slam down hard on a shelf for about a minute ... I assure you that if you are particularly angry or stressed, the therapeutic effect is assured ;-)!

With greased hands of oil, divide the dough into two or three parts (we have divided into 3). Continue spreading the mixture on baking paper and season following personal taste:-P ... Here's how

Cris and I have enriched the three cocas catalanas:

  • tomatoes, anchovies and olives
  • peppers (previously cooked in the oven and deprived of the "skin"), tuna and pine nuts
  • cheeses : Gorgonzola, asiago and mozzarella

Another tasty combination is very popular in Barcelona eggplant, goat cheese and olives!

Bake at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes ... and voila, success is assured and this delicious dish will satisfy your palate :-) Bon appetit, indeed Buen Provecho!
