Simple Financial Audit Checklist

Ingredients:

for the base

  • 8 coffee cups flour
  • 4 cups of sugar
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • a sachet of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons rum or grated rind of lemon or orange

to cover

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 18 tablespoons milk
  • 250 g desiccated coconut grated

Procedure:

  • In a large bowl, work sugar and oil with electric whips, for a few minutes.
  • Add one egg at a time and continue working the dough. Gradually add flour, milk and baking powder. Continue to work to obtain a homogeneous mixture. After a greased and floured rectangular pan, pour the mixture inside and bake at 150 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  • Once baked the cake, let it cool for her going to proceed with the creation of the pieces.
  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or the microwave, with the addition of milk.
  • Cut the cake into so many cubes, a dip in melted chocolate and then pass them in the grated coconut.
  • Let cool and refrigerate in a container.
