Mizuno Volleyball Shoes Black And Green

A good day starts in the morning

Today was a long and very intense, which started very early with the usual review mad that distinguishes the final hours before an exam.
And yes, this afternoon I had a rather nice review, one of those books that between 5 and countless theories and concepts to know is to melt your brain ...
So what better way to start your day than with a lovely breakfast that gives a boost of energy? (And believe me when I tell you today that I really needed it!)
A cup of coffee with a simple but tasty slice of tart jam that I made yesterday! You have the recipe!
tart plum jam

Sometimes They Come Back ...

Hello everyone! Finally I tornataaaa!
does not seem possible that it spent more than a month since my last post, time is literally flying and took away the month of June, marked by days of study and examinations. And so we're already in July, but for me it does not pull more air holidays, because it will spend entirely on books up to 28! As you can guess from the study are presissima, but sometimes I can carve out a little 'time to devote to the kitchen!
Here are two easy easy recipe, a salty and one sweet
Farro with vegetables
Ingredients:
  • 50 g per person spelled
  • mixed vegetables (I used what I had at home: zucchini, celery and tomatoes)
  • extra virgin olive oil (raw)
  • curry
Procedure:
  • Cook the farro in salted water for about half an hour.
  • Wash and cut vegetables. Steam.
  • When the farro is cooked, drain and season with the vegetables to steam.
  • Dress it with extra virgin olive oil and, if you like flavor, with a little 'curry!

It 'a simple and lightweight, it can be eaten hot or, if cooked in advance and kept in the fridge for a few hours, it is better to cool the hot summer days: D

biscuits with milk chocolate ( without butter and oil)

Ingredients:

  • 150 flour 00
  • 150 g of rice flour
  • 100 g sugar 3 egg whites
  • half a bag of baking powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • milk chocolate (I used this because I had to eat it, if you prefer dark chocolate may be replaced by one or dried fruit, such as hazelnuts, pistachios or almonds)

Procedure:

  • Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and add them to the rest of the ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, chocolate chips reduced to small and depending on the consistency add the milk.
  • When the mixture is nice and smooth, get the balls and place them on a baking sheet coated with parchment paper.
